This state-of-the-art software incorporates Big Data and Machine Learning…so it is constantly bettering itself and giving you the best sales forecasting tool in the business. The planning tools I use are 94% accurate, when followed correctly, and they serve a 3-fold purpose:

Each month, you’ll get a detailed monthly Open-to-Buy plan for each class, at each location, if you have more than one store. Data is constantly updating so you have current information at your fingertips. It puts you in control to promote consistent cash flow and enhance your profitability. Buy what you need, when you need it. Control inventory levels to reduce markdowns. Evaluate inventory classifications. Determine the winners, the losers, the ones to add or subtract. I’m here to guide you through those decisions.

I go to work, each month, and I analyze to recognize opportunities and save you money. The numbers tell me what to do. Category by category, I look for what is working and what is not. I look for categories that need attention. And I look for where you are killing it. I will call you before we even have our meeting to proactively call out where your inventory is low and you need to buy goods. Recommending that you get the right goods, to the right location, at the right time. Of course, I’m always looking for success stories in the numbers, so we can celebrate.

When I meet with my clients regularly each month, we step out of the day to day. This time is really about the “executive” part of the business. It’s about Leadership. It’s where we measure our effectiveness. Are we making our sales goals? What needs to happen so we can make them. How’s the team? Is the marketing effective? How is your cash position? From these conversations, my clients get a sense of where their day-to-day and week-to-week focus needs to be. These meetings are so important and so valuable.
